RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, log in via the "My Orders" page or "Order Tracking," and click the easy return button.

Select the product you wish to return and the reason for the return, then obtain the return shipping code.

Place the products in a single package along with the invoice.

Ship the package with your return code to complete your free return. 

Return Conditions

You may return all products that comply with the return conditions within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment;

You can hand over your package to the contracted shipping company, indicating your Free Return and Buyer Code, along with your invoice, to Pera Bulvarı Ev Ve Yaşam Gereçleri A.Ş. (“Seller”).

If the product differs from the information provided on the product page, is damaged, or is missing, you may return it without paying any shipping fees via the contracted shipping company. You can obtain your Free Return code within 14 business days from the delivery of the products to you via the "Easy Return" button on your order details page.

Products that show signs of excessive use or damage will not be accepted. For orders invoiced in the name of a company, a return invoice must be issued by the company during the return process.

Packages with damaged packaging must be returned by holding a report with the shipping personnel before acceptance of delivery.

Warranty Terms

The product you purchased is under the manufacturer's warranty, and in the event of a malfunction in the future, you are required to contact the brand of the product directly. You must retain the Warranty Certificate and the invoice. The Warranty Certificate may be included on the box for some products, while for others it may be inside the box. In the event of loss of the Warranty Certificate, the relevant brand will not issue an additional warranty certificate. You can obtain a copy of the lost invoice by contacting our customer service via email or phone. If the product you received is defective upon first use, you must contact the customer service of the brand you purchased from to obtain information about the nearest authorized service center and return the product to us using the “SERVICE RETURN REPORT” that the brand's service will provide, along with the contracted shipping company. Otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted and the product will be returned to you. Product returns must be made using the contracted shipping company.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 ("Law"), buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason and "without paying shipping costs" within 14 days from the date of delivery. This law must be applied by all institutions.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without providing any justification and without incurring any penalties within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Product. The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period up to the delivery of the goods.

The withdrawal period starts from the day the contract is established for service contracts; for contracts regarding the delivery of goods, it starts from the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal during the period from the establishment of the contract to the delivery of the goods. In determining the duration of the right of withdrawal: 

  1. a) For single orders consisting of separate deliveries, the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last item;
  2. b) For goods consisting of multiple parts, the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last part;
  3. c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly over a specified period, the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the first item is taken as the basis.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer can: (i) If they are a member of the Website, go to the "My Orders" page, select the product they wish to return and the reason for return under the "Easy Return" section, and send the product(s) with the e-invoice printout signed using the Free Return shipping code provided by the Seller to the return address; (ii) If the consumer is not a member of the Website, after clicking the "Order Tracking" button at the top right of the Website's homepage, they can enter the email address used when placing the order and the order number they wish to cancel in the relevant boxes, click the "Query" button, and then go to the return page to select the product they wish to return and the reason for return under the "Easy Return" section, sending the product(s) with the signed e-invoice printout using the Free Return shipping code provided by the Seller; (iii) Contact customer service through the phone number listed in the Seller's Contact Information section of this notification form and follow the instructions provided; or (iv) Make an explicit withdrawal notification by filling out the sample withdrawal form in Appendix-1 and sending it via email to our email address, communication address, or phone number.

The consumer must return the product within 10 (ten) days from the date they exercised the right of withdrawal, depending on the method they chose. The invoice, packaging, and any standard accessories, as well as any other products given as gifts with the Product, must be returned in a single package, complete and undamaged. The consumer is not responsible for any changes or damage resulting from proper use of the product in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions during the withdrawal period. Accordingly, if there are changes or damages due to non-compliance with the usage instructions, technical specifications, and operation of the Product prior to the withdrawal date, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.

If the consumer sends the Product using the shipping companies contracted with the Seller, the return shipping cost will be borne by the Seller.

All payments made by the Consumer regarding the relevant Product, including any delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal (provided that the product is returned via the carrier specified by the Seller), and the refund will be made in accordance with the payment method used by the consumer without incurring any costs or obligations. For transactions made by credit card, the reflection of the product price refund to the consumer's account occurs after the Seller processes the refund to the bank and the bank completes its refund processing.

If the withdrawal right is exercised and the total amount falls below the minimum purchase amount for the free shipping campaign set by the Seller, the discount amount enjoyed under the campaign will be canceled.

Withdrawal Notification

Withdrawal notifications can be submitted to the Seller using one of the following options: 

  • If the consumer is a member of the Website, they will have notified the Seller of the withdrawal by going to the "My Orders" page and selecting the product they wish to return and the reason for return under the "Easy Return" section.
  • If the consumer is not a member of the Website, after clicking the "Order Tracking" button at the top right of the Website's homepage, they will have notified the Seller of the withdrawal by entering their email address used when placing the order and the order number they wish to cancel in the relevant boxes, clicking the "Query" button, going to the return page, selecting the product they wish to return and the reason for return under the "Easy Return" section.
  • The consumer may submit the withdrawal notification to the Seller via email by filling out the sample withdrawal form in Appendix-1 and sending it to our email address contact@store-tr.flyingtiger.com.tr, or by mail to our address at Cumhuriyet Mahallesi Yeni Yol 1 Sk. Now Bomonti Apt. No: 2/12 Şişli/İstanbul.

Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

According to the legislation, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • For contracts related to goods or services whose price fluctuates based on financial market changes and which are not under the control of the Seller (e.g., jewelry, products in the gold and silver categories);
  • For contracts related to the delivery of goods that are prepared according to the buyer's requests or clearly personal needs, which are not suitable for return due to their nature, or that have a risk of rapid deterioration or expiration;
  • For goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery; for contracts regarding the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return from a health and hygiene perspective;
  • For contracts regarding goods that have been mixed with other products after delivery and whose nature makes separation impossible;
  • For contracts regarding books, audio or video recordings, software programs, and computer consumables presented in tangible media, provided that the packaging, tape, seal, or package has been opened by the buyer;
  • For contracts regarding the delivery of periodic publications such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided under a subscription agreement;
  • For contracts concerning accommodation, moving of goods, car rentals, provision of food and beverages, and contracts related to the evaluation of leisure time for entertainment or relaxation purposes that are to be performed on a specific date or period; • For contracts related to the provision of betting and lottery services;
  • For contracts regarding services initiated with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends; and 
  • For contracts regarding services that are performed immediately in electronic form and intangible goods that are delivered to the consumer immediately (e.g., coupons). 
  • The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to goods or services excluded from the scope of the Distance Contracts Regulation (e.g., food items, beverages, or other daily consumables delivered to the consumer's residence by the Seller's regular deliveries, as well as services in areas such as travel, accommodation, restaurant, and entertainment). 
  • In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised for all or part of the ordered products, if applicable, the unpaid delivery/shipping fee of the Seller's free shipping (delivery) campaign will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the Consumer. In cases where the Consumer has paid for the delivery/shipping fee, the entire fee will be refunded to the Consumer. 
  • It is necessary to return any other products given as gifts with the product in a single package, complete and undamaged. The consumer is not responsible for any changes or damages that occur if the product is used in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions during the withdrawal period. Accordingly, if there are changes or damages due to non-compliance with the usage instructions, technical specifications, and operation of the Product prior to the withdrawal date, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.
