In this Privacy Notice, the principles regarding the processing of your personal data by the data controller, PERA BULVARI EV VE YAŞAM GEREÇLERİ A.Ş ("Pera Bulvarı" or "Company"), located at "Cumhuriyet Mahallesi Yeni Yol 1 Sk. Now Bomonti Apt. No: 2/12 Şişli/Istanbul," in compliance with Personal Data Protection Law No 6698 (“PDPL”) and relevant regulations, are explained below.

Personal Data We Process and Purposes of Processing

Customers Who Shop at Our Stores:

If you shop at our stores, we process identity, contact, customer transaction, legal transaction, and financial information of our customers. For the purposes of performing sales transactions, executing and fulfilling sales contracts, issuing invoices, providing your first and last name, address, purchase, and payment details, and delivering your invoice electronically, we additionally process your email address. If your purchase is made via credit/debit card, we also process your credit/debit card information by transferring it to the relevant payment institution.

Store Visitors:

We process audio and video data of our store visitors. In order to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and other third parties against any unlawful acts, crimes, or behavior that may occur in our stores, and to fulfill our information, document submission, and other related obligations to official/legal institutions, we process your audio and video recordings through security cameras located in our stores.

Website/Mobile App Visitors:

During your visits to our website and mobile application, cookies are used in accordance with legal regulations to provide targeted promotions and enhance your shopping experience. You can review our cookie privacy notice through the pop-up on our website for detailed information about cookies. You have the ability to personalize your preferences regarding cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Additionally, for the purpose of ensuring IT security and conducting activities in accordance with the law, we process your IP address and browsing information.

Our Members:

Through the website and mobile application, we process your personal data, including identity (name, surname), contact (email and mobile phone), and transaction security (log records), in order to carry out your membership process and fulfill the requirements of the membership agreement while providing you with the best possible service.


If you register your address information through the website and mobile application, we will process that information. To enable you to view your order history as a member, we process your shopping and payment information, including order date, order number, order content, shipping details, and payment method.

If you request to be notified when a product is back in stock, we will process your email data along with the product information and your request to fulfill this request.

Customers Who Shop Through Online Channels:

If you shop through our website or mobile application, either by becoming a member or without membership, we process your identity, contact, customer transaction (product details, price, order date, gift note if available), legal transaction, and financial information to complete the sales transaction, fulfill the requirements of the distance sales contract, issue an invoice, deliver the purchased product to the address you specified, and, if requested, to provide post-sale service.

If the payment is made by credit/debit card, we process your credit/debit card information in order to transfer it to the payment institution for the purpose of collecting the payment.

If you request the purchased product to be delivered to a third party, we process the recipient’s first and last name, address, and mobile phone number for the purpose of delivering your order and providing post-sale services. The personal data you share will only be processed for the purpose of delivering the order to the relevant person and sharing necessary information with them. Since the recipient’s explicit consent has not been obtained, their personal data will not be used for marketing activities. In such cases, it is your responsibility to inform the relevant person whose personal data you have shared. Similarly, if a product is sent to you by a third party, we will process your identity and contact information.

Customers Who Give Consent for Commercial Electronic Communication:

If you provide permission for commercial electronic communication to Pera Bulvarı through any channel (via SMS code or through our website/application), you agree that your personal data may be used by Pera Bulvarı for direct or indirect marketing activities. This includes sending commercial electronic messages through the channels you choose for general and special campaigns, promotions, offers, product and service promotions, advertisements, market research surveys, and other customer satisfaction applications. In this context, Pera Bulvarı will process your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, and log records. Your personal data may be shared with third parties from whom the Company receives services, but only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.

You have the right to withdraw or stop the communication consent you have given to Pera Bulvarı without providing any justification. You can initiate the rejection process via the same channel through which you provided consent, or, if you are a member of our website, you can withdraw your consent at any time through the “Profile > Account Information > Update My Information > Notification Permission” section or via the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi).

Customers Who Communicate with Pera Bulvarı:

If you contact us through the contact form on our website, via the contact address, call center, email, YouTube, WhatsApp channel, or our social media accounts, we will process your first and last name, social media account information, contact information, and, if shared, your order information, legal transaction information (if applicable), requests, and complaints, as well as other information you provide in relation to your request or complaint. This data will be processed for the purposes of resolving your requests and complaints, contacting you if necessary, addressing you appropriately when communicating through our call center, managing and improving customer experience processes, and using call center voice recordings as evidence in case of disputes. This information is processed to improve customer satisfaction and to serve as evidence in case of future disputes.

Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by the following methods:

  • Automatically through security cameras and equipment in our stores,
  • Semi-automatically by recording the information you verbally provide to the sales consultant in our stores into our system,
  • Automatically via systems that record your purchases made in our stores and on our website.

Additionally, we collect personal data shared with us in documents from judicial and administrative authorities, in documents related to return review processes (non-automatic methods), and via electronic methods, including social media, phone, and call center channels.

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Under Article 5/1 of the PDPL, with your explicit consent (if you provide consent for commercial electronic communication),
  • Under Article 5/2(a) of the PDPL, where processing is clearly stipulated by law (for fulfilling our obligations arising from regulations).
  • Under Article 5/2(c) of the PDPL, personal data is processed when necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (e.g., membership agreements, fulfillment of sales contracts, completion of sales transactions, and provision of after-sales service support).
  • Under Article 5/2(ç) of the PDPL, data processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations (e.g., obtaining store security camera recordings, issuing invoices).
  • Under Article 5/2(e) of the PDPL, data processing is required for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right (e.g., obtaining store security camera recordings, conducting judicial and official processes).
  • Under Article 5/2(f) of the PDPL, personal data is processed when necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (e.g., obtaining store security camera recordings, ensuring transaction security, conducting operational processes).


Once the purpose requiring the processing of your personal data under Article 7/1 of the PDPL, is eliminated and/or when the statutory retention periods for which we are legally required to retain the data expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.


Where Processed Personal Data is Transferred and the Purpose of Transfer


The purposes of processing and transferring personal data are aligned. Pera Bulvarı transfers your personal data to third parties in accordance with the purposes stated in this disclosure text and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL.


Your personal data may be shared with our group companies, collaborating institutions, and organizations to facilitate logistics services, resolve your requests and complaints, carry out marketing activities, and process the personal data collected. Your data may also be shared with stores using a shared cash register system for operational purposes. If you use a credit or debit card during your purchase, your payment information is shared with the electronic payment service provider and banks used by the Company. Additionally, to fulfill our information-sharing obligations under the relevant legislation and to exercise our legal rights, your personal data may be shared with public authorities and official institutions upon request.


Ways to Apply to the Data Controller and Your Rights


Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, by applying to our Company, you have the right to: a) Learn whether your personal data is processed, b) Request information if it has been processed, c) Learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used in accordance with its purpose, d) Learn the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad, e) Request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, f) Request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) Request notification to third parties to whom your data has been transferred of the actions taken under subparagraphs (e) and (f), h) Object to any results that arise against you due to the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems, i) Request compensation for any damage you incur due to the unlawful processing of your data.
